Refund policy

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, it is required you notify us, with your order number, via email at info@undimancheaparis.co.uk, no later than 14 days from the date of purchase. 
We cannot accept returns after 14 days from date of purchase. You must clearly state a reasoning for the return of the goods, to obtain a credit note, exchange or refund.
Products are returned at your own expenses and risk.
Returned products must be in the condition as supplied. Unused, unwashed, unworn and, include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used.
In such cases the items will be returned to the purchaser and no refund, credit note or exchange will be issued. Additional delivery fees may be charged.

Please be aware that International Customs Duties and Import Taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If you are returning an item from outside of the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid in order for us to receive your item. We advise that you contact your chosen postal service provider for further information.

EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase and you require some advice or an exchange, Please contact us at the shop on 01628 477111 or email us at info@undimancheaparis.co.uk.

REFUNDS

Once you have received a notification from us, kindly allow 5 to 7 business days for a refund to be fully processed.
Please be aware that busy times such as Christmas and sale season, the refund might be extended to 10 days.
A credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
