Shipping policy

For Europe and International countries, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. However, please note, date and times are not guaranteed.
For the United Kingdom, the delivery will be between 1 - 2 business days.
All goods are sent from the UK via Royal Mail registered mail service for the UK, Europe and International.
In rare casses, during the process of postage, items have the possibility of becoming lost. If this occurs we will replace your item if stock allows, however no guarantees are given in this situation.
Un Dimanche à Paris Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays incurred whilst goods are in transit with Royal Mail.
If within 48 hours of receiving your goods, a damaged package/item is received, please notify us at: info@undimancheaparis.co.uk
In these circumstances you must keep the item and packaging as received, so that it can be justified when making a claim.
Any order placed over the weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
Any duty or taxes charged by the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All packages are prepared with love & care and voluntarily scented with our olfactory signature perfume.

Please note that product labels are kept to manage upstream the logistics of the stock in store & online and also if in case there is a customer return.
